Glazed Salmon
Another great recipe using Sacheli's Onion Jellies. For a appetizer spread try this Cheese Cake Dip.
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillet
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbs. butter, melted
- Juice of one lime
- 8 oz. onion balsamic jelly
Preheat grill or oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter and lime juice. Brush salmon with juice mixture and grill 7 minutes per side or bake for 20 minutes until the fish is flaky. Pour half of the jelly into a dish and with a basting brush glaze the fish on both sides. Cook one minute more and present with remaining jelly as a dipping sauce.
